Policies/ FAQs
Shipping/Handling:
As our bracelets are handmade, please allow 7-10 days turn around time. All items are shipped standard USPS unless Priority USPS is selected at checkout. Your order will ship from Georgia. We may be able to accommodate faster turn around upon request. Please email fausterandpark@gmail.com if you have a special circumstance. Once your order ships, a shipping notification that includes your tracking number will be sent to you via email.
Lost/Damaged by USPS Items:
Fauster and Park is not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
Returned Items:
If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, we will not be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If a package is unclaimed or refused by the recipient, we will not issue a refund. Once the package returns to Fauster and Park, we will contact you for the correct address and you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges before we resend the package.
Sizing:
Please double check your child's size before ordering as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you would like help with sizing please email fausterandpark@gmail.com
Unique and Handmade:
All items are handmade to order and therefore may have unique properties. Colors may appear slightly different due to variations in lighting.
Discount Codes:
Discount codes must be entered at check-out in the discount box BEFORE the order is placed. Only one code may be applied per purchase.
Returns/Exchanges:
All sales are final. Please double check the size and measure before ordering. Email fausterandpark@gmail.com for any clarification.

Fauster and Park will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order, and for legal reasons. With the exception of delivering the product, your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever without your consent. You consent to our website privacy policy by using our site.
